Source
Work begins with primary sources — statutes, court dockets, regulatory filings, agency guidance pages — opened and read directly, not taken from a secondhand summary.
A CF Protocol playbook goes through five gated stages before a single page is final. Each stage has to clear before the next one starts.
01
Work begins with primary sources — statutes, court dockets, regulatory filings, agency guidance pages — opened and read directly, not taken from a secondhand summary.
02
Each chapter is scoped to one subject, with no overlap against the chapter next to it.
03
Every regulatory claim, platform capability, statistic, and dollar figure in a chapter is checked against its primary source, with the source recorded.
04
The chapter is written to that verified record. Nothing is added at this stage that the verification step did not already clear.
05
Every chapter is checked against a binary standard — it passes in full, or it does not. There is no conditional pass. A chapter that does not clear returns to the draft stage until it does.
Only a chapter that clears every stage locks. A locked chapter does not change without going through the same process again.
Law and market data move. Every CF Protocol playbook carries one dated line on its copyright page, stating exactly how current its regulatory and market material is: "Regulatory and market data verified to end October 2026."
That line is a statement of the date through which the material was checked — not a claim of ongoing, automatic update. Where a data series itself publishes on a lag, the chapter that uses it states that series' own latest published date alongside the figure.
A CF Protocol playbook is built to be checked, not taken on faith. Every claim traces to a source. Every chapter cleared the same gate before it shipped. The line on the copyright page tells the reader exactly how current the material was when it did.
