Refund Policy

If you ask within 14 days of your purchase, you will get the full price back once per edition, per customer, whether or not you've downloaded the PDF.

To ask, email intelligence@cfprotocol.com with your order number.

We issue the refund through our payment provider, to the payment method you used where possible.

Once your refund is issued, we stop providing access to this product — including cancelling any download link still open to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
